Embraer has announced an agreement to provide C-390 Millennium training systems to the air forces of Sweden and Austria, enhancing operational readiness and crew qualification for their fleets.
The Swedish Air Force will receive a comprehensive training package comprising a Full Flight Simulator (FFS), a Cargo Handling Station Trainer (CHST) developed in partnership with Rheinmetall, and a Computer-Based Training (CBT) solution developed with ETI. The Austrian Air Force will receive a CBT solution to support theoretical instruction and crew training.

The Level D-qualified Full Flight Simulator will support pilot training across normal, abnormal and emergency scenarios, including military mission conditions and more than 350 simulated malfunctions. The Cargo Handling Station Trainer will provide realistic training for loadmaster procedures and cargo operations through advanced visualisation capabilities.
The Computer-Based Training solution will deliver theoretical instruction for pilots, loadmasters, crew members and maintenance personnel through a Learning Management System compatible with SCORM standards.
The C-390 Millennium is a next-generation military airlift platform designed for multi-mission operations, offering interoperability, versatility and operational efficiency for air forces worldwide.
