Jet Aviation has commenced full operations at its new Fixed-Base Operator (FBO) facility at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport, expanding its business aviation presence in one of the busiest aviation markets in the Americas.
The 27-acre facility features an 8,500-square-foot terminal, 40,000 square feet of new hangar space, and a 540,000-square-foot ramp designed to accommodate larger-cabin and ultra-long-range business aircraft. The facility also offers Jet-A, 100LL and sustainable aviation fuel capabilities, private ramp access, and is scheduled to add on-site Customs and Border Protection services in Q3 2026.

The new FBO incorporates a Miami-inspired design with open-plan interiors, floor-to-ceiling windows, dedicated office spaces, guest and crew lounges, and conference facilities. Built to LEED standards, the facility includes sustainable features such as solar panels, LED lighting, EV charging infrastructure, and environmentally focused construction practices.

The Miami-Opa Locka facility strengthens Jet Aviation’s global FBO network, which includes around 30 locations worldwide. The company has maintained a presence in South Florida since opening its Palm Beach FBO in 1985 and continues to expand its business aviation services across key international markets.
