ADS and the Taiwan Excellence Drone International Business Opportunities Alliance (TEDIBOA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the Farnborough International Airshow 2026, establishing the first formal industrial collaboration between the UK and Taiwan’s drone industries.
Signed by ADS CEO Kevin Craven and Aerospace Industrial Development Corporation (AIDC) President Jennifer Chuang, representing TEDIBOA, the agreement provides a framework for collaboration in research and development (R&D), marketing, international business expansion and the exploration of new commercial opportunities. The partnership aims to promote bilateral investment while strengthening drone technologies and the global competitiveness of both countries.
Following the signing ceremony, industry representatives from the UK and Taiwan participated in business networking sessions to explore future cross-border collaboration. TEDIBOA Chairman Chin-Ping Tsao appointed AIDC President Jennifer Chuang to represent the alliance at the event, alongside representatives from the aerospace association and several member companies.
Jennifer Chuang, President of AIDC, said:
