ROSOBORONEXPORT, part of the Rostec State Corporation, is presenting a unified Russian exhibit at the 3rd International “National Security. Belarus 2026” exhibition, scheduled to be held in Minsk from June 17 to 19, 2026. The company will use the platform to highlight cooperation initiatives and showcase the latest developments in defence and security technologies.

The exhibition is organised by the State Secretariat of the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus, the Presidential Property Management Department of the Republic of Belarus, and the Republican Unitary Enterprise “National Exhibition Center BelExpo”.
ROSOBORONEXPORT stated that the event reflects the high level of cooperation between Russia and Belarus, built on mutual trust and industrial collaboration in the development of advanced systems. The company will present solutions aimed at strengthening security capabilities while addressing challenges related to organised crime, terrorism, and other evolving threats.

The Russian exhibit will focus on developments in unmanned systems, special forces equipment, and cybersecurity solutions. Rostec holding companies, including RosEl and Kalashnikov Group, will also participate in the unified display.
Unmanned And Reconnaissance Systems
ROSOBORONEXPORT will showcase a range of UAV and loitering munition systems, including the Lancet-E system from ZALA, SKAT 350M reconnaissance UAV, KUB-2E loitering munition, and the RUS-PE portable reconnaissance-and-strike container system from Kalashnikov Group. The S350M-E reconnaissance UAV from Rostec will also be displayed.
Small Arms And Combat Systems
The small arms segment will feature AK-12 assault rifles in multiple configurations, the AM-17 compact assault rifle, the PPK-20 submachine gun, 9mm Lebedev pistols, AR-based carbines, and specialised electro-optical devices. The latest Specter sniper system will also be presented.

Protection And Soldier Systems
The exhibit will include a range of personal protective equipment for law enforcement and special forces personnel, including modular load-bearing systems, ballistic helmets, body armour solutions such as Neptune and Buckler, and active hearing protection systems. Portable explosive and metal detection systems, as well as through-wall radar for detecting objects behind obstacles, will also be displayed.
Cybersecurity And AI Systems
ROSOBORONEXPORT will also present AI-enabled cybersecurity systems designed for threat detection, open-source monitoring, and protection against cyberattacks targeting digital infrastructure.
During the exhibition, the company’s delegation will hold discussions and meetings with representatives of law enforcement agencies and defence industry stakeholders from Belarus, CIS member states, and other partner countries to explore future cooperation opportunities.
