D&M Holding Company, Inc. (D&M), a global provider of solutions for ammunition, primer, and propellant manufacturing facilities, has acquired EKOCHEM 94 s.r.o., an engineering and industrial project company based in the Czech Republic.
The acquisition strengthens D&M’s capabilities as it continues to support the United States, NATO allies, Ukraine, and other partner nations pursuing long-term ammunition independence.
Headquartered in Pardubice, EKOCHEM 94 specialises in engineering, design and industrial project execution across chemical, mechanical and process industries, including propellants and associated raw materials. Its capabilities include nitrocellulose production equipment, propellant production systems, complete energetics design, distillation systems, combustible cartridge case production lines, diethyl ether production lines, and explosive-material processing equipment.
